Violet Rayne was not looking good sitting in front of the CWE banner. She looked like she had been mauled by a city bus, twice. But like the ugly step-sister she was, she just kept climbing back into the ring for more. And more was exactly what she got. She also got some questions from the camera man.
"No, that wasn't good. You don't need my decoder ring to figure out the message tonight. I got put through the station platform back down to the wastelands. There was no luck and her manager didn't put the flesh on me. I don't need excuses, they clash with the year 2010."
Violet Rayne just kind of trailed off before finding her focus again.
"She's pure grade unyielding, I'm not going to lie. I can't match her on the power grid, no way. That line is full D. E. A. D. on the end. I can't match it and I can't try it."
Violet shook her head and kind of laughed to herself before looking up again.
"The whole line through the eighty eight stations? I was looking for the challenge, yeah? The Invisible Mime Army of Mr. Johnson I & II, The Wilde Bear and that 2nd World, Russian Cyborg? I've laid the T-1 tracks all up and down the Cosmonaut roster and it has come to this. Down on the zed to the 2 against the raw natural force."
Violet looked in the camera.
"Monique, you don't want to respect my line? That's full on cowboy. But you're going to have to knock me completely off-line two more times before you take my spot. Until then, I'm going to be all up in your clockworks trying to find the single tick that brings you tumbling down like all of London Proper while the Northwest Passage remains free."
Violet Rayne took a towel from her head and blew a mixture of blood and mucus from her mushed nose.
"After Mind Games? It's you and me for point 3."
Violet tossed the bio-hazard towel towards the camera, which left the camera man scrambling out of signal and out of sight/mind.
